1½ lb ground beef
1 large egg
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp pickle relish
½ C finely crushed cracker crumbs
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Roll into meatballs roughly the size of a golf ball.
( You can use a 1½ inch scoop to make them even. )
Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 – 20 minutes
