Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise)
salt and pepper (to taste)°Half tsp garlic powder°Flor (for sweeping)
1 tsp olive oil
3 tablespoons butter (divided)
7 ounces cremini mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup sent°¼ cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the chicken in half lengthwise to make 4 thin slices. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover each piece with flour.
Add oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to an ovenproof skillet over medium to high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes/side or until golden. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
Add the remaining butter to the skillet. Let it thaw and then add the mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are well browned (about 5-6 minutes).
Add the masala broth and chicken to the pan and let it simmer for about a minute.
Add the chicken back to the pan and let it cook for about a minute, putting a little sauce and mushrooms on top with the spoon.Remove pan from heat. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top (I focus on the chicken), then sprinkle the green onions on top.Put the pan in the oven and leave it for 7 minutes. You can finally boil it for a few minutes if you want the cheese to turn brown. Feet it right away.
Enjoy !
