The Preparation

1 medium avocado, chopped
1 medium english cucumber, chopped
1 can tuna flakes or chunks (approx 120g)
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
The Execution

Place the first 4 ingredients into a salad bowl.
Drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss the salad and serve!

This makes a total of 2 servings of Tuna Avocado Salad. Each serving comes out to be 303 Calories, 22.6g Fats, 5.2g Net Carbs, and 16.7g Protein.
