The Preparation

2 lbs. London Broil
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Coffee
1/4 Cup White Wine

2 tsp. Minced Garlic

The Execution

Put london broil in slow cooker, then coat each side with 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp. Ketchup, 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon, and 1 tsp. Minced Garlic.
Sprinkle 2 tsp. Onion Powder over whichever side is facing up.
Pour liquids into the slow cooker and turn on high.
