Eat it as a salad or wrap it in a tortilla!
1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
4 ounces cream cheese, warmed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded or sliced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix the buffalo hot sauce, cream cheese, and mayonnaise before seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the buffalo dressing, chicken, bacon, carrot, celery, green onion, blue cheese, and cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
Option: Replace some or all of the mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt.
Option: Replace some or all of the sliced green onion with diced red onion
