Pizza chips

I used Sargento ultra thin Colby jack and topped it with everything seasoning and mini pepperonis. Cut 1 thin slice of cheese in 4ths. Baked them in the oven 250* for 18 minutes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and they are perfect!

EDIT: If you can’t find ultra thin cheese, try this recipe.

2 ingredient Pizza chips

8 T shredded real mozarella⁠
8 pepperonis ⁠
Seasonings of your choice

Preheat oven to 350F. Create 8 piles of cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet, top with pepperoni, & season.⁠
Bake for 7 minutes. If you want them to be extra crispy, broil for the last minute or two. Take out, let harden, & enjoy!
