1 lb Ground beef or turkey (your choice on meat)
1 bag Cole Slaw Mix
2 Green Onion
1 1/2 t minced garlic
1 1/2 T Soy Sauce (or less to taste)
3/4 T sesame oil
1 t crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 t ground ginger
*Optional add a single serve packet of splenda
Brown meat in pan. In a separate pan put sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped up green onion and chopped up garlic together and stir fry it until tender. Add the cole slaw mix, crushed red pepper and ground ginger and cook until tender. Once done drain the excess fat off of the meat and add it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Stir.
