1 Stick of butter softened
32 oz. Cream cheese softened
5 Large eggs
2 C. Sour cream
1 ⅔ C. Granulated sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Lemon zest
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Heat your oven to 300 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
Mix in the sour cream and eggs until smooth.
Blend in the cornstarch, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sugar until well combined.
Sooth the batter into a 9 inch Springform pan that is well greased.
Bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Allow to come to room temperature and then chill for at least one hour before you serve.
