8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz crab meat
4 Tbsp butter
3 oz onion, diced
Pink Himalayan salt
Package of thin sliced mozzarella cheese
– Mix up first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
– Preheat oven to 375
– Place cheese on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake until bubbly and slightly browned.
– Remove. Add filling. Fold over in a triangle and press edges to seal. Put back in oven for a minute or two to seal and warm the crab.
Make sure to put enough filling in so you are not left with a lot of cheese to eat.
