White Bread


5 c warm water
1/2 c white sugar
4-6 Tbsp oil
Put in big bowl. Meanwhile in a cup :
1/2 c warm water
1 tsp white sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
Let this rise to well above top of cup

Add yeast mixture to bowl and stir nicely

Start adding all purpose flour. Approx 12 cups plus about 1 tbsp salt

Once flour is all mixed in and your dough is nicely elastic start kneading about 10 mins
Let rise in bowl for about 1 hour
Grease your bread pans and add your dough. Cover and let rise 1 hour
Oven 400 5 mins
Reduce to 350 for about 50 mins or until done and golden
