INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
3 large eggs
32 oz pork sausage
2 tbsps chopped onion, minced
1 lb lean ground beef
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350f
Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Roll into 1 1/2″ balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
**Note: freezes well for later use.
