INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
19 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
1 cup shredded Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
In your slow cooker, add the chicken, heavy cream, butter, and chicken broth.
Stir in the garlic and pepper.
Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 4-6.
Remove the chicken from the pot into a separate bowl and shred or chunk the chicken up.
Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and add in the tortellini.
Let the tortellini cook 18-20.
Stir in the shredded parmesan and stir until everything is combined.
Serve!
You can garnish with parsley and shaved parmesan.
