8 oz spaghetti
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the spaghetti salad and toss to combine.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
