Stuffed Avocado Bacon Bombs


Ingredients:

2 large avocados, halved and pitted
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
8 slices bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the Avocados: Spoon the cheese mixture into the cavity of each avocado half.
Wrap in Bacon: Wrap each avocado half with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Bake: Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Serve: Serve warm as a rich, creamy appetizer.
