LOW-CARB-BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Ingredients:


° 1/2 pound coarsely chopped bacon
° 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
° 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° Salt and pepper to taste
° 1/2 onion, chopped
° 2 garlic cloves, minced
° 2 ounces cream cheese
° 2 tablespoons ketchup (no added sugar)
° 6 sliced ​​dill pickle chips (You can use more or less depending on your preference.)
° 2 eggs
° 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
° 2C shredded cheddar cheese


* Methods :


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cooking bacon according to directions on the pack.
3. Once the bacon is done cooking, roughly chop and set aside.
4. Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat and season evenly with the seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chopped onions and minced garlic
5. Begin browning the meat by cracking and crumbling it during cooking.
6. Once the meat is fully cooked, drain the meat and return it to the skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Adding cream cheese, ketchup & Worcestershire sauce to skillet with ground beef. Mix everything until well combined and heated.
8. Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat, and spread it evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
9. Top the meat evenly with the chopped bacon and chopped pickles.
10. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix them together, then pour them evenly over the beef and bacon.
11. Spread the remaining cup of grated cheese evenly over the casserole.
12. Put the casserole in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
13. Leave to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
